Welcome to Northern Order. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure clarity, professionalism, and a positive experience for all clients.

Terms & Conditions

Service
Northern Order provides residential and commercial cleaning, organization, and related services as agreed upon at the time of booking. Service details, scope, and pricing will be confirmed prior to the appointment.

Any additional services requested outside the original scope may be subject to adjustment in time and cost.

Booking & Scheduling
Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. We will make every effort to arrive within the scheduled service window; however, timing may vary due to traffic, weather, or prior appointments.
 

Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the property at the scheduled time.

Pricing & Payment
All pricing is provided as an estimate based on the information available at the time of booking. Final pricing may vary depending on the condition of the space, size, and time required to complete the service.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept [Insert Payment Methods]. Late or outstanding payments may be subject to additional fees.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
 

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows or inability to access the property at the scheduled time may result in a full or partial service charge.

Client Responsibilities
To ensure a safe and efficient service, clients are asked to:
 

  • Provide clear access to the service area

  • Secure pets or notify us in advance

  • Inform us of any areas requiring special care or attention
     

Northern Order reserves the right to decline or adjust services if conditions pose a safety risk.

Satisfaction & Service Quality

We are committed to delivering high-quality service. If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours of your service, and we will make reasonable efforts to address the concern.

Due to the nature of cleaning and organizing services, results may vary depending on the condition and maintenance of the space.

Liability

Northern Order is fully insured and takes every precaution to protect your property. In the unlikely event of damage, it must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
 

We are not responsible for:
 

  • Pre-existing damage or wear and tear

  • Items not disclosed as fragile or requiring special handling

  • Loss or damage due to unsecured valuables


Clients are encouraged to secure valuables prior to service.

Access & Security

If keys, access codes, or entry instructions are provided, Northern Order will handle this information with care and confidentiality. Clients are responsible for ensuring accurate access details are provided.

Health & Safety
For the safety of both clients and staff, we reserve the right to refuse service in environments that are deemed unsafe, hazardous, or unsanitary beyond reasonable working conditions.

Changes of Terms
Northern Order reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
