At Northern Order, we are committed to delivering high-quality, reliable service. Due to the nature of cleaning and organization services, we do not offer refunds once a service has been completed. However, client satisfaction is important to us, and we are committed to addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.

Refund Policy

Service Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will assess the concern and, where appropriate, return to address the area at no additional cost.
 

Requests made after 24 hours may not be eligible for service adjustments.

Non-Refundable Services
All completed services are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:
 

  • Cleaning services (residential, commercial, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out, turnover)

  • Organization and decluttering services

  • Garage clear-outs, downsizing, and room-by-room services
     

Our time, labour, and resources are allocated specifically to each scheduled service.

Deposits
Any deposits paid to secure a booking are non-refundable. In certain cases, deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if sufficient notice is provided in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Refunds are not provided for:
 

  • Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice)

  • Missed appointments or inability to access the property
     

These situations may be subject to a cancellation or service fee as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.

Service Limitations
While we strive for excellent results, certain conditions may limit outcomes, including:
 

  • Heavy buildup, staining, or damage beyond standard cleaning

  • Pre-existing wear and tear

  • Surfaces or materials not suitable for standard cleaning methods
     

These do not qualify for refunds.

Billing Errors
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us within 7 days of your service. Verified billing errors will be corrected promptly.
